The Role
- Support the Head Chef in all daily kitchen operations
- Lead from the pass during service when required
- Drive consistency across sections and service flow
- Manage prep standards, mise en place and organisation
- Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier communication
- Guide, train and motivate junior chefs
- Maintain food safety and hygiene systems
- Influence menu development through ideas and execution
This is a hands-on position. You will cook, lead and set the tone every day.
Package
- Annual salary: £41,000 + Tronc: circa £6,000 per year
- 45 hours per week
