We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a gastro pub in Westminster, London. Recently renovated, this venue offers a classic yet modern fresh food menu with weekly specials. You’ll work with a fantastic team of chefs in a brand-new kitchen fitted with all-new equipment. This role is part of a group known for its award-winning pubs across the South-East. We’re looking for a Sous Chef with gastro pub experience.
