My client is currently seeking an exceptional Director of Spa & Wellbeing to lead the wellness operations at their world‑class luxury hotel in the UK. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the country’s most prestigious hospitality destinations, known for its outstanding guest experiences, serene surroundings, and commitment to holistic wellbeing. We are looking for a visionary, hands‑on leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for excellence to oversee the spa, fitness, and wellness operations while inspiring a culture of genuine care and elevated guest service.
About the Position
- Lead and develop the strategic direction of the Spa & Wellbeing division
- Deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury experience for every guest
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
- Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of spa and fitness professionals
- Implement innovative wellness programs and partnerships
