- Part of a well-respected group with multiple Central London sites.

- 7 days a week - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Multiple menus - feasting, set menus, events, canapé, brunch.
The Senior Sous Chef Role
- Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team across all sections.
- Ensure consistent execution of a high-quality, seasonal menu.
- Manage ordering, stock control, food safety, and compliance.
- Drive team development, training, and performance.
- Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, branded restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to follow and execute recipes to a high standard.
