Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations
Multi-Site QSR & Franchise Group | London to Midlands
We are working with an established, owner-led QSR and franchise business that is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations to take ownership of its growing multi-site estate.
This is a genuine build and growth opportunity for an operator who wants to move beyond simply managing stores and take real responsibility for operational performance, people development, commercial results and future expansion.
Location:
Stores span from London through to the Midlands. Ideally, you will be based in London or within close proximity, with regular travel across the estate.
The Opportunity
The business has a strong operational foundation, an experienced management team and a proven track record of year-on-year improvement.
The owners are now looking to step back from the day-to-day operation and appoint a senior operator who can become the key operational leader within the business, bringing greater structure, accountability and commercial direction across the estate.
With further acquisitions already in progress and longer-term plans to expand into additional sites and brands, this is an exciting time to join the business and have a genuine influence on its next stage of growth.
What You Will Own
Operational Performance
Take overall ownership of performance across the estate, including sales, labour productivity, food costs, service standards, delivery times and operational consistency.
Leadership & Accountability
Develop existing management teams, create a high-performance culture and set clear expectations around standards, performance and accountability.
Training & Development
Strengthen training, onboarding and management sign-off processes, ensuring managers are properly equipped and genuinely capable of leading high-performing restaurants.
Structure & Growth
Help shape the future operational structure as the business grows, including the development of Area and Multi-Site Manager capability.
Commercial Performance
Use data, reporting and operational insight to identify opportunities, improve underperforming locations and drive sustainable like-for-like growth.
Owner Partnership
Become the senior operational point of contact for the owners, providing clear reporting, commercial recommendations and confidence that the estate is being effectively managed.
Your First Priorities
You'll be expected to quickly understand the operation, identify the biggest opportunities and begin putting the foundations in place for the next stage of growth.
