We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Project Manager to drive the execution of cutting-edge sports brand strategies across digital, in-store, and experiential touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, design, and commercial growth, delivering standout projects in collaboration with some of the world’s leading sportswear brands.
The role:
As a key player in the Brand team, you will take ownership of sports-focused creative and commercial projects. From concept through to execution. You will oversee cross-functional project delivery, align key stakeholders, and ensure every brand initiative lands with impact.
- Deliver end-to-end brand campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels, translating vision into commercially successful executions
- Create and roll out compelling brand concepts that drive visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth
- Work closely with Marketing, Buying, Online, Creative, and Store Development teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging
- Oversee briefs, timelines, and budgets for brand initiatives, while motivating internal teams and external partners toward successful delivery
- Align long-term brand plans with wider business goals, streamline tools and workflows, and integrate calendars for seamless execution
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in project brand management, or design leadership
- Must have extensive Retail experience – sport brands desirable
- Proven ability to deliver impactful brand concepts across multiple channels – brand, products, and services in stores.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity with business goals
- Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort managing design workflows
- Strategic mindset with strong organisational skills
