An opportunity to join a new premium restaurant opening in London, operating within a wider hospitality group with a strong focus on quality, service, and experience-led dining. This is a key management role within the opening team, supporting the General Manager in establishing standards and embedding a strong service culture from launch.
This is a hands-on restaurant management position with responsibility for supporting daily operations, team performance, and guest experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. The role is well suited to a strong operator who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, and contributing to the successful delivery of a new opening. A March start is required to support pre-opening and launch activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the front-of-house team during service
- Maintaining high standards of service, consistency, and guest experience
- Supporting rota planning, staffing levels, and shift execution
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assisting with the implementation and upkeep of SOPs and service standards
- Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager role
- Background in premium or high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong service focus with a hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable working in opening or fast-moving operational environments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Available for a March start
