Reception Manager – Members Club – £55,000+TroncThe Role:An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reception Manager to join a prestigious Members Club in London. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception team, providing an exceptional level of service to members and guests alike. This is a dynamic role that will involve late-night shifts on a regular basis.Responsibilities:* Oversee the daily operations of reception, ensuring smooth service flow and optimal staffing levels.* Drive revenue opportunities through reservations, space optimisation, and membership promotion.* Lead the guest service and sales teams, maintaining a strong understanding of the club's offerings while ensuring an elevated, consistent experience across all guest entry points.* Manage and motivate a team of 15 employees , ensuring they are aligned with the club's vision, service ethos, and performance targets.
Lead structured training and development programs to boost team performance.* Consistently reinforce the club's brand identity through service delivery, tone, and operational execution, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.* Implement and refine systems and procedures to enhance check-in efficiency and overall service standards.* Work closely with the Events, Membership, and Sales teams to support club programming and member engagement.
