We are working with a fast-growing, founder-led food business known for its fresh, made-to-order concept and strong brand following across London. Having built a loyal customer base and an ambitious growth pipeline, they are now looking for a strategic Operations Manager to join an already established operations team, helping to professionalise and scale the function as the business moves into its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Join and strengthen an existing operations team, working closely with founders and senior leadership
- Take ownership of operational performance across a growing estate of sites
- Develop and embed scalable systems, processes and standards to support rapid growth
- Lead, coach and support General Managers and site leadership teams
- Drive sales, profitability and cost control across the estate
- Manage P&L performance and key operational KPIs at site and group level
- Maintain consistently high standards of food safety, quality and guest experience across all sites
- Play a key role in preparing the operational infrastructure for new site openings
- Contribute to the wider commercial and growth strategy as a senior voice in the business
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and performance as the brand scales
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within QSR, fast casual or high-volume, made-to-order food businesses
- A strategic operator who can balance hands-on delivery with longer-term thinking
- Experience joining or working within an existing operations structure, not just building one from scratch
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing performance through General Managers
- Commercially focused, with strong P&L management experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, founder-led environment
- Experience supporting new site openings and scaling operations preferred
