A luxury private members club is set to launch an exciting new opening in Vietnam. We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager to deliver their membership strategy and support with future club openings. The Membership Manager is responsible for growing and retaining the brand's membership and ensuring guests' and members' positive experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams or groups of people within large organizations, with a background or exposure to commercial roles, management of membership, loyalty programs, and experience within the field of luxury hospitality or other luxury lifestyle sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading the complete efforts to recruit, retain, and engage membership of guests.
- Identify opportunities to enhance members' benefits and services being offered.
- Establish short- and long-term plans to achieve membership goals.
- Oversee and manage all membership data and tracking.
- Develop and manage the processes for feedback on programs, services, and experience.
- Manage all strategic partnerships on the recruitment and retention of membership.
