We’re looking for a passionate and driven People Partner to join a high performing People team. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive real business impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence organisational design, talent development, and leadership capability across dynamic head office functions. You will be a trusted partner to stakeholders, supporting everything from talent attraction and retention to performance and engagement.
The role:
- Design and deliver a People Plan that supports the overall business and people strategy.
- Partner with leaders to ensure teams, structures, and roles are fit for purpose.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines, succession planning, and retention.
