I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing exhibitions and events organisation. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with experience in event or exhibition delivery, looking to take the next step in their project management career and work on exciting projects both in the UK and internationally.

About the Position

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of exhibitions and events from concept to completion
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout
  • Assist with managing project budgets, timelines, and supplier costs
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, AV, transport, and accommodation
  • Support the delivery of exhibition builds, both UK‐based and internationally
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and directors to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Provide on‐site event support and assist with troubleshooting during live events
  • Contribute to post‐event reviews and project reporting

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven experience in exhibitions, events, or project coordination
  • Strong organisational and time‐management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A detail‐oriented and solution‐focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
