We’re looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst to join a major organisation undergoing significant AI-led transformation. This isn’t a traditional BA role. You will help identify where Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation can improve business processes, reduce manual effort and enable better decision-making, then work with business and technology teams to turn those opportunities into practical solutions.

The role involves working across multiple business functions to:

  • Identify and prioritise high-value AI and automation opportunities
  • Map current processes and design future-state, AI-enabled workflows
  • Translate business challenges into AI use cases, requirements, user stories and success measures
  • Work closely with Engineers, Data, Security and business teams to develop safe, scalable AI solutions
  • Support POCs, pilots and rollouts, including testing, acceptance criteria and business readiness
  • Help drive change, training and adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working
  • Track benefits including productivity, cost savings, adoption and AI/token usage
  • Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, templates and best-practice materials

Experience required includes:

  • 5+ years’ Business Analysis / Transformation experience, with strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power Apps or Azure AI Services, alongside a good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation and responsible AI
  • Experience with process mapping/BPMN, requirements gathering, user stories, change management and technology delivery
  • Ability to work confidently with senior business stakeholders and technical teams

This is a great opportunity for a BA who has moved beyond simply using AI tools and understands how to embed AI into real business processes and ways of working.
