Must come from the hospitality space to be successful. Love food, live on social, and know how to turn a great plate into a scroll-stopping story? This one's for you. My client is an exciting, fast-growing group of restaurants and bars that is building serious buzz across London. With new openings on the horizon, they're looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to take their brands to the next level, owning the voice, the visuals and the strategy behind everything they share. This is a hands-on role for someone who's happiest out in the venues, camera in hand, capturing the energy of the kitchen, the bar and the dining room, but who can also step back and build the strategy that turns followers into regulars.
What you'll be doing:
- Shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for every brand in the group, working closely with the Head of Marketing.
- Owning all social media channels, from content planning and creation to community management, growth and performance reporting.
- Shooting, editing and producing standout content across Instagram, TikTok and beyond: dishes, drinks, people, openings and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Planning and managing the content calendar and e-marketing campaigns, keeping every brand consistent, current and on-trend.
- Partnering with PR agencies on launches, events and collaborations to maximise reach and impact.
Who we’re looking for:
- A proven social media or content marketer, ideally from hospitality, food and drink, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong strategic thinker who uses data and insight to drive engagement, growth and covers.
- A natural creative with an eye for great content and a feel for what's trending.
- Someone who’s definitely not a desk person: energetic, a little bit quirky, and happy to roll up their sleeves.
- A genuine foodie who gets excited about great restaurants and great stories.
Why join?
You'll be joining a group at an exciting stage of growth, with real creative freedom, a supportive leadership team, and genuine investment in your development. They'll look after you and help you grow with the business.
