I am currently recruiting for a commercially driven Sales & Events Manager to join a leading events and hospitality business in London. This is a handsâon, endâtoâend role suited to a proactive selfâstarter who thrives on winning new business, converting enquiries, and seeing events delivered to an exceptional standard.

About the Position
- Proactively generate new event and private hire enquiries through outbound sales activity
- Identify and target corporate clients, agencies, and brand partners
- Build, manage, and convert a personal sales pipeline focused on new business
- Qualify leads and drive strong conversion rates
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and disciplined followâup
- Own events from confirmation through to delivery
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the event lifecycle
- Work closely with the Events Coordinator and Operations teams to manage timelines, guest details, and requirements
- Ensure client expectations are met and commercial terms are delivered
- Work collaboratively with senior sales leadership to align outbound activity and revenue targets
- Contribute to the development of sales propositions and event packages
The Successful Candidate
- Proven experience in event sales within hospitality, venues, or experiential environments
- Strong outbound sales and new business development background
- Experience managing events endâtoâend
- Confident in pricing, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience working with agencies, corporates, and brands
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Background in hotels or venues highly desirable
