About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a premium dining operation with serious potential. You'll be the face of the restaurant, embodying a culture built on exceptional people and product. Expect to lead from the floor, setting the standard for service while inspiring your team. The menu is seasonal and evolving, designed to keep the experience fresh and exciting. With a strong team already in place, your role is to lift standards, drive performance, and push the business towards the next stage – including future Michelin‐level recognition. A flair for social media and understanding its role in modern hospitality is highly desirable.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A confident, dynamic General Manager experienced in premium, contemporary dining (not overly formal)
- Someone with presence and passion – operational skills can be taught, attitude cannot
- Commercially aware, with the ability to drive revenue and understand the numbers
- Obsessed with people and product, with attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and comfortable managing high expectations from an affluent clientele
- Grounded, experienced enough to bring structure but still highly visible on the floor (roughly 70% floor, 30% admin)
