Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional cleaning operations to achieve contract performance, compliance, and KPI targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful mobilisation of new contracts.
- Analyse performance data, audits, and trends to drive improvements and informed decision‑making.
