Operations Manager - Fast-Growing QSR Brand in London

Role Summary

We are working with a fast-growing, health-focused food business expanding across Central London. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of performance across multiple sites, working closely with General Managers to drive standards, team performance and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple sites
• Lead, coach and develop General Managers and site leadership teams
• Drive sales, profitability and cost control across the sites
• Manage P&L performance and key operational KPIs at site and group level
• Maintain consistently high guest experience, food safety and brand standards across all sites
• Protect product quality and consistency in a fresh, made-to-order food environment
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of management teams
• Implement and embed operational systems and processes consistently across sites
• Ensure all sites are fully resourced and prepared for peak trading periods, including high footfall lunch trade
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational and commercial performance
• Act as a key link between site teams and senior leadership

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a multi-site Operations Manager within QSR, fast casual or high-volume health-led/food-to-go businesses
• High-volume operational experience is essential
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing performance through General Managers
• Commercially focused, with strong P&L management experience
• Comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Hands-on, visible leadership style with strong attention to detail
• Experience within a structured or growing multi-site brand preferred
