The Operations Director
They are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial leader from the restaurant operational sector, luxury restaurants, someone with experience in restaurant businesses or high-growth hospitality/tech brands expanding operations into Europe. The Director will lead European operations, build and develop teams, scale the business, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate property leaders and associates to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency.
- Recruit, train, and develop teams across Europe, setting high performance standards.
- Drive commercial results, manage budgets, and oversee P&L performance.
