We are partnering with a premium members' coâworking and lifestyle brand in London to recruit a Head of Sales. This is a handsâon, commercially driven role, focused on driving hotâdesking and flexible membership sales primarily through broker and agent relationships.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with experience in transactional, highâvolume sales, a strong network, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities- Driving membership sales growth, with a focus on hotâdesking and flexible workspace solutions
- Building, managing, and activating relationships with broker networks and agency partners
- Creating and executing a brokerâled sales strategy to increase deal flow and conversion
- Leading and developing a small team of sales managers and a retention manager
- Maintaining a handsâon approach to closing deals and managing key accounts
- Monitoring pipeline, conversion rates, and pricing to maximise revenue performance
- Working closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless member journey and offering
