We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a premium dining restaurant delivering elevated service and exceptional guest experiences. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for quality, detail and leadership.
About the Role:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of the restaurant, leading the team to deliver outstanding service, strong financial performance and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will set and maintain the highest operational standards and play a key role in developing and inspiring your people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Deliver an elevated guest experience with genuine hospitality at the forefront
- Maintain premium service standards across all areas of the operation
- Full responsibility for P&L, budgeting and financial performance
- Drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency
