In this General Manager role, you lead a premier live music venue in Soho, driving daily operations and delivering a premium guest experience. You will spearhead pre-opening efforts, build and develop the team, and align service with financial performance. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations and guest experience
- Support pre-opening and launch activities
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Lead busy live music and event nights
- Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage rotas, labour and operating costs
- Maintain high operational standards
- Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and entertainment teams
- Support P&L and commercial performance
- Build a strong team culture from opening

- Hospitality, bar, events or nightlife background
- Experience managing high-volume operations
