New Opening
This is a big one. Two floors, multiple bars, several restaurant concepts, weekly revenue of £200k+, and a team of up to 100. It’s high-volume, high-energy and needs a seriously strong operator at the helm. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads from the floor, keeps standards sky-high and can bring everything together across a large, multifaceted venue.
You’ll need to be:
- Detail-driven: On top of every aspect, from service standards and team performance to processes and safety.
- Calm under pressure: You thrive in busy environments and enjoy structure, audits, checklists and daily operational discipline.
