General Manager, Growing Restaurant Group
East London | Up to £75,000

Big trade. Big energy. A team that needs a brilliant leader.

This high-profile East London restaurant has made its mark, with a strong product, impressive sales and passionate owners.

Now we’re looking for a General Manager to keep that momentum going.

Thursday to Saturday is where it really comes alive.

These are big trading days, so you’ll need to love the floor, thrive under pressure and know how to keep service sharp when the venue is in full swing.

You’ll be visible, hands-on and right in the detail, setting the pace, backing your managers and making sure the atmosphere and guest experience deliver every time.

The role

  • Lead a busy, high-performing restaurant from the front
  • Own the big Thursday-to-Saturday trade, from preparation through to delivery
  • Build, develop and retain a large, engaged team
  • Keep service, standards and atmosphere consistently strong
  • Take full ownership of the P&L, labour and profitability
  • Develop future leaders as the group grows
  • You’ll already be an experienced GM in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
  • Commercially sharp, people-focused and calm under pressure, you’ll know how to deliver serious volume while keeping the experience personal.

A growing group, an established business and plenty to get your teeth into.
