General Manager - Tech-Led Entertainment and Dining VenueLocation: LondonSalary: £80,000 - £90,000+ bonusAbout the RoleI am recruiting a General Manager for an upscale, tech-enhanced entertainment venue combining a fun, social games experience with great food and a full bar. You will be accountable for the venue's strategic and operational performance, delivering on revenue, service, food and beverage, and games targets in an efficient and profitable way. You will be the face of the brand on the floor and lead the team by example. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the venue's business strategy with the Operations Director, turning it into clear plans and targets for each departmentOwn the venue's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margin, stock, waste, payroll and EBITDAOversee the full guest journey, responding quickly to feedback and maintaining brand standardsGrow revenue through events, bookings, promotions and partnershipsManage stock, purchasing, rotas and payroll accurately and on timeEnsure food safety, hygiene and health and safety compliance, and keep equipment well maintainedAbout YouAt least 3 years at General Manager or Assistant General Manager in high volume hospitality business.
