A rapidly growing leader in London’s vibrant socialising scene is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at one of its flagship venues. This is a hands‑on, service‑focused role, perfect for someone eager to develop their leadership skills and progress towards a Venue Manager position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the FOH team 90–95% of the time on the floor, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Support the Senior Management team in overseeing daily operations, including team management, service standards, and event delivery
  • Motivate, coach, and develop your team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Be the face of the venue on the floor, building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences
  • Assist with operational planning and execution, helping drive efficiency and consistency
  • Grow into a Venue Manager role, taking on increasing responsibility as you gain experience

  • Proven experience in a floor/FOH management role within premium bars, restaurants, or high‑volume hospitality venues
