We’re recruiting an Executive Chef for a prestigious, formal multi-site venue covering retail, banqueting, weddings and conferencing in London. This is a senior, strategic role, ideal for an Executive Chef who enjoys structure, classic food and leading stable teams in London.
The role includes:
- Leading retail & event operations.
- Driving GP, costs and sales growth.
- Developing and retaining the senior kitchen team.
- Maintaining consistency across all outlets.
The food is formal, seasonal and traditional British, ingredient-led, well-sourced, refined, classic, and client-focused.
