This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create experiences that get people talking, drive footfall and ultimately deliver revenue. We're not looking for someone to simply manage an events calendar. We want someone who can create a buzz, think outside the box and give customers a genuine reason to visit.

The role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and delivering an exciting, commercially focused events and experiences strategy across a portfolio of high volume venues, with a particular focus on London and Manchester.
  • Working closely with regional sales and events teams, you will identify opportunities to maximise venue spaces, build relationships with external partners and create standout experiences that attract new audiences.
  • A key part of the role will involve developing large-scale, flagship events that can be successfully rolled out across multiple venues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating innovative events and experiences that drive footfall, increase sales and generate excitement.
  • Developing commercially successful concepts for large capacity, high volume venues.

  • Working collaboratively with senior leadership and marketing teams to bring the brand to life through memorable customer experiences.

Experience:

  • Strong experience in events, experiential hospitality, large-scale venues or high volume entertainment environments.
  • A proven track record of creating and delivering commercially successful events.
  • Experience managing and motivating sales and events teams.
  • The ability to spot opportunities, develop partnerships and turn creative ideas into revenue.
