This role is based in London and supporting managers across multiple retail locations.
This is a hands on role where you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations in a commercial retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and investigations
Provide clear, pragmatic advice to line managers in line with UK employment law and company policy
Support complex and high-risk cases through to resolution
Coach and upskill managers to improve confidence and capability in ER matters
Ensure consistent and fair application of policies across all sites
Identify trends and risks, providing recommendations to reduce ER issues
Experience:
Proven experience in an ER focused role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Able to manage high case volumes while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Pragmatic, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
