What you will do:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Prepare mise en place across all services
- Lead service during quieter periods
- Run smaller events independently
- Manage general prep, stock rotation, and quality checks
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food for members and guests
- Typical volume is around 50 covers per day
- Busiest periods are Thursday to Sunday, mainly daytime service
