My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within their Hard Services offering. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building strong, long-term client relationships across technical FM services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a targeted business development strategy focused on Hard Services / Hard FM
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across key sectors and clients
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including bids, tenders, and contract negotiations
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure successful contract mobilisation and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within Hard FM / Hard Services
- Strong understanding of building services, M&E, and technical FM contracts
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, results driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
