The Role: We are looking for a confident, service-driven Assistant Manager to run the restaurant operation within a busy pub group venue. This is a 60-seat restaurant inside a pub, and the focus is very much on strong table service, food quality, and guest experience. You will be responsible for leading service, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
