The brand is built on delivering outstanding guest experiences, and they are now looking for a Junior Brand Manager to help shape and strengthen our brand identity across all locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and strategic marketer to take the next step in their career within the hospitality industry. As Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You will work closely with the marketing team, operations, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: – Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple venues. – Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging content, promotions, and activations. – Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice. – Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, and email campaigns. – Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. – Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to inform future marketing initiatives. – Assist with new venue launches and brand refresh projects. – Collaborate with the PR team to secure media coverage and brand partnerships. – Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and event sponsorships. – Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and venue teams.
