GENERAL MANAGER – F&B WITH ROOMSBRIGHTON AREA£60,000 + TRONC + BONUSWe are looking for an experienced General Manager to take on a sizeable, established hospitality business around the Brighton area. This is a busy operation with a strong F&B trade alongside rooms, and we need someone who can genuinely balance the commercial side of running a large business with being visible and present on the floor.THE ROLEYou will have full ownership of the business, leading an established management team and taking responsibility for both the operational and commercial performance of the site.Commercially, you need to be strong. You will have full P&L accountability and be confident working with budgets, EBITDA, margins, labour and L4L sales. You need to understand exactly what is happening within your business, identify opportunities and know how to improve performance.People development is equally important. You will be responsible for developing the management team, building succession and creating a strong culture across the operation.This is still very much a hands-on hospitality role. We need someone who enjoys being visible, understands what is happening on the floor and is comfortable being part of service.THE PERSONWe are looking for an established General Manager with experience running a sizeable, high-volume hospitality operation.Rooms experience is essential, alongside a strong F&B background.
