We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate General Manager for a vibrant, community-focused pub. This pub focuses on great pints, great music and a lot of sport. Alongside that this Inn has some stunning boutique rooms for weary travellers.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence
- Oversee the food and drinks service in this stunning community site
- Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
- Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
