Sat at the foot of the Surrey Hills, we serve locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
The Role: You will be fully accountable for all operations within the business. You will be leading a small team to deliver unique experiences to your guests. Reporting to the owners, this is a purely operational role with exposure to the finances of the business from the leadership team. There will be tonnes of autonomy with this role, so someone super passionate about restaurants and service who wants to get involved would do well.
Who will you be as Restaurant Manager: We are looking for a candidate who has a decent pedigree within restaurants or high-end pubs - someone who understands both a branded and independent working environment would be desirable. You will excel in guest experience. You will enjoy developing and coaching your team to ensure the best service possible and upselling opportunities. You will thrive in a front of house position and enjoy interacting with your guests and leading from the front. You will be able to deliver on Rotas according to budgets and support the business from a commercial perspective.
