This is a General Manager role moving to Senior General Manager, taking on more responsibilities over the next 18 months. The Ideal General Manager will have:
- Previous wet led Bar/Venue Management experience
- Current experience as General Manager in a dynamic, high-volume environment - 3 years' experience
- P&L knowledge and awareness
- Strong cocktail knowledge and passion
- Strong financial understanding
- A fun, hands-on, and confident personality; this is not a brand where wallflowers will flourish
- Personal Licence holder
