- An experienced, hands‑on General Manager with a strong pub background.
- Previous new‑opening experience would be a huge advantage.
- A genuine passion for Irish pub culture, hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Someone who can recruit, train and develop a fantastic team from scratch.
- Strong commercial skills, with a focus on driving sales, managing costs and building a profitable business.
- A creative operator who understands live music, sport, events and building a loyal customer base.
- A big personality who leads from the front and knows how to bring a pub to life!
