General Manager – Up to £65,000 + Generous Bonus (Up to £10k)We\’re on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager to lead a vibrant Australian restaurant in London. This is a hands‐on, floor‐based role for someone who thrives on service, sales, and leading a high‐performing team, with a strong passion for wines and good food.
What you\’ll be doing:
Running the business like it\’s your own, working directly with the owners
Driving sales and revenue growth across the venue
Managing a large team of 50+ in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment
Overseeing P&L and financial performance, ensuring strong profitability
Leading by example, coaching, motivating, and inspiring your team
