We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a busy coastal hotel restaurant on the Isle of Wight, leading a kitchen that delivers quality food across a busy dining room and a relaxed terrace overlooking the coast with some of the best views in the Isle of Wight. During peak season, the site can do up to 300 covers, so we are looking for a strong opportunity for an experienced Head Chef or a Senior Sous ready to step into a top leadership role and make a real mark on a growing business.

- Lead a main restaurant (100 covers) reaching up to 300 covers on peak days.

- Shape menus from concept to final dish, with full involvement in testing and refinement.
