We are working with a fantastic large-scale venue in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of F&B operations.You’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing staffing.
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction to the Food & Beverage team
- Manage casual staff recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing laws
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cash handling processes
- Lead event setup, delivery, and breakdown
- Develop and implement systems to improve customer feedback and service
