A leading Creative Studio is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance. This hands-on role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
