We’re recruiting an Executive Chef to lead a premium, multi-site Contract Catering portfolio across London & Surrey, delivering a strong mix of hospitality-led fine dining and high-quality retail food offers. - Multi-site portfolio across London & Surrey.
- High-volume of hospitality & fine dining focus, small amount of retail in London.

- Daytime-focused operations with consistent weekday footfall.
- Clear brief to elevate and modernise the food offer across sites.
The role:
- Provide strategic culinary leadership across all sites.
- Drive food quality, innovation and consistency across hospitality and retail.
- Develop menus that are relevant, seasonal and market leading.
- Lead, mentor and support Head Chefs across hospitality and retail operations.
- Ensure excellence across food safety, compliance, cost control and stock management.
- Act as a senior culinary ambassador, supporting client engagement and long‑term partnerships.
