Weβre recruiting for an Event Marketing Manager to lead the positioning of events as unmissable experiences for the UKβs most ambitious business leaders
The role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing of a diverse range of events β from exclusive peer roundtables to large-scale conferences. We need a sharp, strategic thinker who understands what makes an audience tick and how to inspire action through compelling campaigns.
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement
- Craft powerful messaging that positions our events as must-attend for CEOs and Founders
- Manage multichannel campaigns across email, paid media, content, partnerships, and social
- Work closely with external event partners and internal sales/membership teams for seamless execution
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise performance and grow our audience
- Leverage content and storytelling to build trust, credibility, and connection with our community
Experience:
- Proven experience in event marketing with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored to a senior business audience
- Strong grasp of digital tools β HubSpot, email marketing, social, and paid media
- Data-savvy approach to campaign testing, tracking, and optimisation
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-moving environment
