I am working with a design‑led events organisation looking for a Production Manager to support the planning and delivery of a wide range of live experiences. They specialise in creating bespoke events such as award ceremonies, conferences, product launches and public‑facing activations, with a strong reputation for full‑service logistics, creative production and seamless execution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings to scope requirements and shape project delivery
- Manage projects from initial brief through to on‑site execution
- Conduct site visits and prepare technical specifications
- Produce quotes and support CAD‑based planning
- Oversee event logistics, including equipment, crew scheduling and transportation
- Manage and report on budgets
- Act as the on‑site production lead during live events
The Ideal Candidate:
- Background in AV, technical production or events delivery within an agency or technical services environment
- Confident in client‑facing situations and able to manage full end‑to‑end production
- Skilled in technical planning, logistics coordination and on‑site operations
