I am working with a luxury catering company who are looking for a motivated and proactive Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team.
The Role
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
- Preparation of quotes and tenders
- Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Maintain & build new relationships with venues
- Identify new revenue opportunities across the business
