We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to run a beautiful, high-volume site. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a large team, drive outstanding guest experiences, and deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for a site generating £80k–£150k weekly revenue.
- Lead and inspire a team of 70+, covering FOH and F&B operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times.
- Maintain operational standards, compliance, and team development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-volume sites (multi-outlet or single site).
- Strong background in food & beverage operations.
- Experienced in leading large teams of 70-100 successfully.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
