We are looking for an outstanding Supervisor to join the team at a truly one-of-a-kind hospitality destination in the Dorset countryside.

Combining an all-day restaurant, bold smokehouse dining, events, live entertainment and on-site accommodation, this is far more than a traditional restaurant role. The venue attracts destination diners, local guests, families, aviation enthusiasts and visitors from across the region.

You will support the management team with the day-to-day operation, lead the team during service and help deliver an exceptional guest experience—from breakfast and busy evening services to Sunday lunches and large-scale events.

The role:

• Support the management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during busy services.
• Maintain exceptional standards across food, drink, service and events.
• Assist with stock management, cash handling and labour control.
• Support a varied calendar of events and high-volume trading periods.
• Help build a positive, energetic and people-focused culture.

About you:

• An experienced Supervisor or strong Team Leader from a quality restaurant, pub or destination venue.
• Confident leading a team within a busy, fast-paced operation.
• A natural host who enjoys being visible and engaging with guests.
• Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Organised, hands-on and comfortable taking responsibility during service.
• Comfortable working in a rural destination environment.
