b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the creative direction for events, marketing and membership within a five-star luxury hospitality brand launching in London. You will shape the events programme, partnerships and member experience, acting as a visible ambassador to elevate the brand at high-profile occasions. You will drive innovative experiences while aligning creativity with commercial goals, contributing to brand growth and revenue during a pivotal London expansion. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead the creative direction across events, marketing, partnerships and membership experience /li li Develop an experiential events programme including major events, club takeovers, nightlife and seasonal experiences /li li Create standout events to boost the business profile and member engagement /li li Develop strategic partnerships with luxury, lifestyle and cultural brands /li li Introduce new ideas and experiences while challenging the status quo /li li Build a strong network across hospitality, luxury, fashion, entertainment, media and culture /li li Act as an ambassador and face of the brand at high-profile events /li li Develop a calendar of major experiences with aim of at least two major club takeovers per year /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Background in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, premium leisure or luxury brands /li li Highly creative, polished and commercially aware with confidence to challenge conventional thinking /li li Strong understanding of events, PR, marketing, partnerships and membership /li li Proven ability to develop and deliver high-profile events and experiential campaigns /li li Strong networker who can attract people, brands, talent and ideas /li li Excellent host and communicator as a visible representative of a luxury brand /li li Strong commercial understanding linking creativity to membership engagement, brand growth and revenue /li /ul ul li networking /li li excellent communication /li li commercial acumen /li li problem solving /li li creativity /li li influencing and persuasion /li /ul
