Job Title: Cluster Sales Director – Branded Hotel Group – London Area

Salary: Up to A£70,000 + commission

Location: London

My client is recruiting a Cluster Sales Director to join this Branded Hotel Group. We are looking for a proactive Sales Director with a proven track record. You will proactively grow new business and identify strategies to increase revenue in both MICE and leisure segments.

About the position

• Identify and grow new business
• Negotiate and sign corporate accounts
• Develop strategic account plans
• Manage accounts effectively
• Review monthly reports
• Drive growth in the MICE and Leisure segments
• Report to the Head of Commercial

The successful candidate

• Experience as a Cluster Sales Director in hotels
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with MICE and Leisure
• Strong industry knowledge and sales drive
• Proven track record of success
